The best pizza I've had! My family has been coming here all my life and it just gets better and better. The staff is always great to us, also.

Really good pizza for the area, NY style obviously. Definitely the best place in Eastburg and pretty cheap too.

Had only the pizza while visiting the area and glad we went! REALLY GOOD CRUST! Made by Italians! Super cheap too cause they eliminated the table service, just pick up at the counter walk a few steps and save! BYOB wines and they are really friendly. No clue why they had a double $$ ....never had a better pizza for the price. My only small suggestion is to use fresh mushrooms instead of Canned then is place would be 100% perfecto! definetly under $10 PER person.

Good pizza but not great. Even though I have mine without cheese it was still a bit greasy. However, cheap, quick, friendly, clean. Will try others but would have no problem going here again.

Tony's makes as good of a pizza pie as I have had anywhere. Do yourself a favor and try it.

Clean and friendly. Family friendly. We did not eat pizza but had pasta dishes. It was good but they all tasted to similar to warrant 4stars. I would go again.

Stopped with one of my sons after a swim meet at ESU. This is less than 5 minutes from the fieldhouse. I am a native New Yorker, and have high pizza expectations. We had a Sicilian with pepperoni and bacon ... his idea not mine. We ate in the restaurant. Good: price/value was good. total bill for sicilian, 2 toppings and a pitcher of soda was $22. Pizza itself was good. Like any good sicilian it was a nice think crust. Was a bit overcooked for my taste, but my son loved it. Crust was a bit crunchy. Sauce is tasty and the ingrediants are fresh and high quality. Bad: As stated previously it is cash only. They do have an ATM onsite if you were not aware of that. I knew going in (thanks Yelp!) and was prepared, but they really need to join the 21st century. Cash only makes me think they are laudering money or committing tax fraud. I get CC fees are crazy, but do like most business do. add a surcharge for CC transactions. Don't not take them. People visiting ESU should not have to go on a road trip to find an ATM, or be forced use one of those suspect kiosk ones. Additionally, plastic forks and spoons and paper plates have no place if you are eating in. Take out or delivery, sure. I was really disappointed in giving plasticware/paper cups eating in. I could not imagine trying to eat one of their pasta dishes with a plastic knife and fork. I would eat there again if in the area

I hope this doesn't come off as being an NYC-Pizza snob, but I had very tempered expectations when my vacationing family made this blind-order for pickup. The person who took our order was very helpful walking us through the menu (again, this was a cold call), and when he told us the final bill, we knew we were at least getting a solid value. But forget value, as we were really happy with the quality of the food. Pizza was definitely on point, and I particularly liked the white pie, as it had generous amounts of both mozzarella and ricotta. Meatballs were tasty garlic knots were glistening in glory, and the sauce had a very homemade feel. Normally I feel like a hero enduring children's leftover crusts, but not when I'm dipping it in this awesome sauce. Will be coming back here next year for sure.

Tony's makes the best pie in the Pocono's. It's much better than Palumbo's. As others have stated just order a plain pie. There's usually plenty of seating. The only negatives here are they are closed on Sunday's, which is kind of shitty during football season, especially if you are entertaining. And the place needs to be renovated to keep up with the modern appearance of the rest of the businesses on the right side of the block. But Tony's is an old school, American mom and pop business and I will continue to support them.

Eh. It's so so. The most annoying thing about this place is that they only accept cash. Given the food quality and the fact that they only take cash, I avoid this place. Go to Palumbo's right down the street. MUCH BETTER ALL AROUND.

The best pizza place around, hands down! If you're looking for a great, regular old pizza, Tony's is the place to be. They also have amazing and inexpensive eggplant parm sandwiches.

By far the best pizza I have had outside of NYC. Pasta dishes are great. Family owned and everyone works there was very friendly.

Best pizza I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and order a all cheese pie well done. Every time I come into the area I stop here. I am not sure why it is rated $$, it should actually be rated 1 $ because this place is super cheap!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
